Who We Are
Hector Lociel is a mechanic by trade and a barbecue guy at heart. For years he fed his family and friends — never thinking it would become something bigger. But people kept coming back, kept asking for more, and in January 2024, El Sazón de Choko's was born.
His wife Waleska parks her own truck right next door — Choco's Mini Donuts — so you get dinner and dessert without making two stops. Their sons help run the show on weekends. It's a real family affair, and you can taste it in every bite.
Pull up a seat under the covered picnic tables, bring your dog, and stay a while. That's what this place is all about.
